Мастер-класс «Уют в доме»

29 сентября 2021 года специалистами ТОГБУ «Центр Ради будущего» и АНО «Центр социальных проектов» проведен мастер-класс для молодых родителей, выпускников организаций для детей – сирот. На встрече обсудили, что может сделать наш дом уютнее. Дом - это место, где мы отдыхаем, восстанавливаем силы, заряжаемся спокойствием, теплом и гармонией. Если человек не чувствует себя дома расслабленным, не чувствует уюта, подъёма сил, радости, это может привести к повышению уровня тревожности, хронической усталости и, даже, к депрессиям.
Чтобы наш дом всегда оставался нашей крепостью, за ним нужно ухаживать, любить его и иногда дарить небольшие приятные подарки. Особенно, если эти подарки будут сделаны своими руками, они наполнят ваш дом вашей заботой и вашей любовью, которая будет возвращаться к вам втройне. Подарком для дома стала - подушка – валик. Приятно почитать книгу или посмотреть любимый фильм, подложив подушку под голову и завернувшись в теплый мягкий плед. Их совсем необязательно покупать, ведь достаточно просто сделать эти уютные мелочи своими руками! Пока мамы создавали уют, дети лепили из пластилина грибочки.
Данное мероприятие прошло в рамках Комплекса мер Тамбовской области по развитию эффективных социальных практик, направленных на сокращение бедности семей с детьми и улучшение условий жизнедеятельности детей в таких семьях, на 2020 – 2021 годы, реализуемого при финансовой поддержке Фонда поддержки детей, находящихся в трудной жизненной ситуации (г. Москва).
