Круглый стол «Форматы и практики работы по сопровождению семей с малолетними детьми в трудной жизненной ситуации, выпускников организаций для детей – сирот»

29 ноября 2022 года прошел круглый стол по теме «Форматы и практики работы по сопровождению семей с малолетними детьми в трудной жизненной ситуации, выпускников организаций для детей – сирот». Его участниками стали специалисты НКО, работающих с семьями в трудной жизненной ситуации, ресурсных центров сегментов социального кластера области, специалисты центров постинтернатного сопровождения Тамбовской области (25 человек). Они рассмотрели опыт стажировочной площадки Фонда поддержки детей, находящихся в трудной жизненной ситуации, по развитию комплексной помощи женщинам с малолетними детьми, находящимися в социально опасном положении и кризисной ситуации в ГУ ТО «Семейный МФЦ «Мой семейный центр» (г. Тула), познакомились с концепцией травмаинформированности, как ценностной основы работы с людьми в трудной жизненной ситуации. О проекте «Добрая точка» (социальный склад) поделились руководители ТРОО ЦПГОИ «Открытый мир» Шлыков Владимир и Цымбал Алена.
Специалисты Центра «Ради будущего» подвели итоги по постинтернатному сопровождению, наметили пути дальнейшего развития центров поддержки, а также провели ресурсную практику по созданию личной ресурсной карты.
В конце специалисты дали обратную связь: «Очень актуальна тема травмаинформированности сотрудников поддерживающих организаций. Есть потенциал внедрения этой концепции в наших организациях», «Спасибо за представление техник и форм работы с молодыми родителями из числа детей –сирот. Многое беру для себя, буду использовать в работе».
